Dr Ana Baroni holds degrees in Medicine and Journalism, as well as a doctorate in Molecular Diagnosis.
Dr Ana Baroni holds degrees in Medicine and Journalism, as well as a doctorate in Molecular Diagnosis. With 20+ years of experience in consulting for longevity, regenerative, functional, integrative, and precision medicine, she is well-equipped to consider the whole picture and stay updated on innovative technology related to health. She is a Professor at Barcelona University in its Master in Longevity program. She sits on scientific advisory boards for longevity and biotech companies in the US, EU, and Middle East. She has completed a postdoctoral program in Family Medicine, as well as a four-year residency in Occupational Medicine. Dr. Baroni has undergone executive education programs such as Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD, Competitive Advantage from Wharton, and Disruptive Innovation from Harvard.

František Zámola, MD, is a physician, co-founder and CEO of Healthy Longevity Clinic in Prague.
František Zámola, MD, is a physician, co-founder and CEO of Healthy Longevity Clinic in Prague. For more than 30 years, his work has connected medicine, elite sport, nutrition and the optimisation of physical and mental performance.
His current practice focuses on preventive and personalised medicine, healthy ageing and longevity. He combines clinical examination with modern laboratory diagnostics, genetics, epigenetics, imaging and the assessment of metabolism, hormonal health, body composition, cardiovascular risk and biological age. His aim is to translate new scientific findings into practical, sustainable programmes for the clinic's clients.
He also has a longstanding interest in sports medicine, nutritional, sports and pharmacogenetics, and individually guided supplementation. His experience spans elite sport, clinical medicine, international pharmaceutical companies and genetic laboratories. He has also worked with companies focused on DNA analysis, telomere biology and personalised prevention.
He graduated from Charles University and the Military Medical Academy in Hradec Králové. His medical experience includes oncology and the Department of Clinical Biochemistry and Diagnostics at University Hospital Hradec Králové, and internal medicine at the Military Hospital in Bratislava. He also studied at the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, completing comprehensive coaching education and training in sports medicine.
He speaks Czech, Slovak, Hungarian and English, and can also communicate in German and Russian. He is a member of the Czech Society of Sports Medicine and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.

Prof. MUDr. Vladimír Černý, Ph.D., FCCM, FESAIC (1960) is a physician certified in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, with a subspecialization in Intensive Care Medicine.
Prof. MUDr. Vladimír Černý, Ph.D., FCCM, FESAIC (1960) is a physician certified in Anesthesiology and Intensive Care Medicine, with a subspecialization in Intensive Care Medicine. He obtained his scientific degree in 1998, completed his habilitation in 2001, and was appointed professor in 2009. He completed numerous study stays (Germany, Belgium, USA) and long-term professional postings (1991–1992 USA; 2003–2004 consultant in Saudi Arabia, including as a member of the royal family’s medical team; 2010–2011 at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada, as a senior consultant and professor). Since 2000, he has been a Fellow of the American College of Critical Care Medicine (FCCM), and since 2022, he has held the prestigious title of Fellow of the European Society of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care (FESAIC). Between 2004 and 2010, he represented the Czech Republic in the Council of the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine; from 2007 to 2009, he was a member of the European Board of Intensive Care Medicine; and until 2018, he served as a member of the European Board of Anesthesiology.
He served three terms as Chairman of the Board of the Czech Society of Intensive Care Medicine and is currently serving his second term as Chairman of the Board of the Czech Society of Anesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care Medicine. He practices clinically in Prague, Ústí nad Labem, and Hradec Králové. He is a member of the National Institute for Quality and Excellence in Healthcare under the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic. He is the author of numerous scientific papers (h-index 26) as well as author and co-author of professional books and monographs.
At HLC, he is the guarantor and coordinator of the "therapeutic plasma exchange" (TPE) project for indications supported by current medical evidence.

Terezia graduated in General Nursing at the Third Faculty of Medicine, Charles University. Although she has a medical background, her professional practice has been primarily focused on management and process control for several years. She combines professional knowledge with organizational experience and a systematic approach. In her work, she focuses on the smooth flow of cooperation, clear communication, and respecting the individual needs of clients.
She also gained valuable experience in Canada, where she completed the Sales and Marketing program focused on communication and brand building. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work in an international environment, which broadened her professional horizons and strengthened her ability to understand diverse approaches, expectations, and communication styles.
She has a long-standing interest in longevity and psychology. In her free time, she enjoys dancing, which helps her relieve stress and recharge her energy.

Dr. Uberto L. Mondolfi is the Chief Executive Officer of Healthy Longevity Clinic (HLC) USA, where he leads the development of an integrated approach to longevity medicine centered on prevention, personalized care, and long-term health optimization.
With more than two decades of experience in psychological wellness and behavioral health, Dr. Mondolfi brings a multidisciplinary perspective to healthcare leadership. He holds a PhD in Advanced Counseling Studies and Psychological Addictions, with a focus on the complex relationship between human behavior, emotional wellbeing, addiction, and recovery. His academic background also includes Civil Engineering and Business Administration, giving him a distinctive combination of clinical, analytical, and strategic expertise.
Throughout his career, Dr. Mondolfi has focused on the connection between mental, physical, and emotional health and the role each plays in long-term wellbeing. At HLC, he brings this perspective into a broader model of physician-guided longevity care, integrating advanced diagnostics, emerging health technologies, behavioral insights, and evidence-informed lifestyle strategies to help individuals better understand and actively manage how they age.
Under his leadership, HLC is advancing a more integrated and personalized approach to healthspan, connecting science and technology with human-centered care to support healthier, more resilient lives over time.

He earned his medical degree from the University of Havana School of Medicine and completed advanced training in Family Medicine at Lutheran Medical Center in New York. Board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, Dr. Guevara has built his career around a broad, patient-centered understanding of health that considers not only disease prevention, but also energy, resilience, performance, recovery, and overall quality of life.
At Healthy Longevity Clinic, Dr. Guevara works with patients to develop individualized, physician-guided longevity strategies informed by clinical evaluation, advanced diagnostics, lifestyle factors, and each patient’s personal health goals. His approach may incorporate precision testing, hormone optimization when clinically appropriate, preventive strategies, and other evidence-informed interventions designed to support long-term health and function.
Known for his warm, attentive, and thoughtful manner, Dr. Guevara places strong emphasis on listening, education, and shared decision-making. He believes effective longevity care begins with understanding the individual, translating complex medical information clearly, and creating a plan that is both clinically grounded and practical to follow.
