More healthy years for the life you want to live

Staying active, thinking clearly and having energy for the people and work you value are personal goals. We look at the whole person: medical history, organ-system health, physical function, sleep, nutrition and daily life. Together, these guide an individual plan to address risks and support long-term health.

Founder story

Built where science, medicine and innovation meet

Founded in 2021, HLC grew from a conviction that advances in longevity science should become useful in people’s lives. Co-founder and CEO Petr Sramek is also a co-founder and managing partner of Longevitytech.fund. That connection places our clinical work in direct contact with the scientists and companies developing the next generation of longevity technologies.

A direct connection to the Longevitytech.fund ecosystem

Relationships with portfolio founders, researchers and technology teams give HLC early visibility into promising science. Our clinical facilities, medical teams and measurement capabilities help turn selected research questions into human data. What we learn can inform future studies, monitoring and clinical protocols. For clients, this means care with a direct view of the field’s development and physicians who can interpret what matters.

A deeper view of your health

Clinical laboratory testing, body composition, functional assessment and biological-age measures contribute different perspectives. We connect the relevant findings through organ-system analysis and physician interpretation, so your next step follows from a coherent view of your health.

Several disciplines. One personal plan.

Our medical, nutrition, movement and psychology expertise supports a multimodal approach. Assessment leads to priorities; your physician helps select the appropriate combination of care, lifestyle changes and follow-up. Your plan is designed around your needs and the life you lead.

We contribute to the science we use

HLC combines clinical delivery with the structured evaluation of longevity approaches. Our XPRIZE Healthspan proof-of-concept study is one example of this work. Repeated clinical, biological and functional measurements help us examine change, understand limitations and improve the next research question.

A relationship that continues after the assessment

A useful plan needs follow-through. From a focused Healthy Longevity Plan to a broader assessment or an ongoing care relationship, we connect physician guidance with coordination and planned reviews. Prague and South Florida offer complementary settings for clients who live locally or divide their time between countries.

From longevity science to human evidence and care

Our relationship with Longevitytech.fund connects a global network of scientists and biotechnology companies with HLC’s clinical teams, diagnostics and ongoing care. It gives us a practical role in learning how promising science translates into people’s lives.

Early insight through direct scientific relationships

Longevitytech.fund’s portfolio and wider scientific network bring sustained contact with founders, researchers and emerging platforms. HLC can discuss the underlying mechanisms, the available evidence and the questions still to be answered directly with the teams developing them. This informs the selection of research opportunities and our understanding of the field.

The ability to move from a research question to human data

HLC contributes clinical facilities, medical expertise, participant coordination and longitudinal follow-up to selected research work, including carefully designed first-in-human evaluation. A defined question is paired with the applicable research pathway, appropriate participants, responsible professionals and a measurement plan. This is how scientific access can become useful human evidence.

Several ways to measure what changes

Clinical laboratory results, biological-age platforms, organ-system analysis and functional tests can examine different aspects of a response. Looking across these measures helps the team assess positive findings alongside unchanged, unfavorable or uncertain results.

Learning that can improve future protocols

Findings feed back to researchers and clinical teams. They can refine monitoring, participant selection, follow-up and future protocol design. Prague provides an advanced clinical and translation base, while Miami supports private-client care and HLC’s U.S. innovation platform; Boca Raton contributes consultation and continuity care.

What this means for you

You gain a clinical relationship informed by direct scientific dialogue, careful measurement and a view of where longevity medicine is heading. Your physician translates that perspective into advice appropriate to your health. Participation in research follows a separate assessment, consent and oversight process; clinical recommendations are guided by evidence and individual suitability.
