Begin at the appropriate point
You can discuss Roadmap directly or after an assessment. The team first reviews whether the information needed to begin is available. Diagnostics, procedures and other services are included only where your agreement specifies them.
Time and commitment
Your schedule, included reviews, responsibilities and fees are agreed privately before the twelve-month relationship begins. The time required depends on your assessment and implementation needs. This relationship is separate from the 90-day action roadmap within HLP.
